It sits on 600+ acres of pristine Ontario wilderness, just 30 minutes from Parry Sound and 2.5 hours from Toronto. At the heart of the property is 74-acre Quinn Lake with a sandy beach, perfect for swimming, paddling, fishing, and relaxing.

Unlike traditional cottage ownership, Whitestone Woods offers a turnkey, maintenance-light lifestyle: you own your park model and a designated site, so there’s no need to worry about things like septic systems or road maintenance, which is all covered in your monthly resort fee. The community is surrounded by 10,000 acres of crown land, giving owners direct access to endless hiking, ATV, and snowmobile trails.

The resort is being built in phases, and early buyers get to join the Founder’s Club, which means first access to premium sites and exclusive pre-construction pricing that won’t last.
